For over 12 years Kit has been in marketing and communications including six years in the UK working for the promotional body of British Horse Racing. He’s joined Beef + Lamb NZ in 2017, initially as Marketing Manager before taking on the CEO role in 2021.
Antoinette has been with Beef + Lamb NZ since 2011. She is responsible for managing the wider team and various projects within the organisation. Antoinette is also a registered Chartered Accountant and oversees all finance matters at Beef + Lamb New Zealand.
Katie has a background in marketing, communications and events across publishing, advertising, and client-side. In her role at Beef & Lamb NZ she leads the marketing team for all marketing and communications activity.
Julia, a NZ Registered Dietitian, leads the Nutrition Team at Beef + Lamb New Zealand. She has spent much of her career educating the future dietetic workforce and people with chronic disease. She brings these skills along with leadership and governance into this role.
Caroline has an extensive background in marketing and communications, having worked across a variety of industries throughout her career. Her role at Beef + Lamb New Zealand involves brand and account management, as well as implementing a range of internal and external marketing campaigns.
Michelle has a background in Project and Events Management. Her role at Beef + Lamb New Zealand involves managing various internal projects and assisting with the management of events.
Lisa has a background in marketing and public relations. Her role at Beef + Lamb New Zealand involves managing foodservice industry promotions and events including the Ambassador Chef programme, as well as media relations on behalf of the organisation.
Katrina, a Registered Dietitian, actively supports the Head of Nutrition. Her experience with translating nutrition science enables her to bridge the gap between the Nutrition and Marketing/Comms teams, to promote the nutritional attributes of beef and lamb.
Regina is a Registered Nutritionist. Her role supports the nutrition team by critically analysing and translating nutrition science from published research and national and global health and sustainability reports, to decipher what it means for the New Zealand red meat industry, health professionals and the general public.
Kirsten brings an extensive background in digital marketing and communications to the team as Digital and Social Media Manager. She leads Beef + Lamb NZ's social channels and digital strategy.
After studying English, Film, Media and Communications, Oscar has spent the last few years in the TV & film industry. He now works in our marketing team and composes Beef + Lamb’s video content.
Victoria is our inhouse designer, she creates the social and print assets for Beef + Lamb NZ. Victoria has an extensive background in design, previously creating and evolving brands and designing packaging for FMCG and specialty products
Formerly from a Wine Industry background, Nicole will be applying her experience in managing international festivals and competitions for Beef + Lamb NZ events.
Bronwyn has a background in office management and administration. Her role at Beef + Lamb New Zealand is to assist the general manager with all things accounts.
Heather has been the receptionist at Beef + Lamb New Zealand for over 12 years. She also manages the packing room, dispersing marketing, nutritional and point of sale material to a wide range of target groups nationwide.
Livi, a Registered Dietitian, actively supports the Nutrition Team. Her role sees her application of evidence-based science to ensure nutrition information and resources are kept up to date. Livi’s experience in sports nutrition enables her to promote the nutritional attributes of beef and lamb for health & performance.
