Behind the Scenes of the Announcement of the 2018 Beef + Lamb Ambassador Chefs
It’s not every day you get to see what goes on in a kitchen of one of New Zealand’s top chefs… but bring five of them together and it gets even more interesting! We had the privilege of watching our five newly named Beef and Lamb Ambassador Chefs create their signature beef or lamb dish at our launch event held earlier this month. It was an impressive morning watching these culinary rock stars in action and we made sure we captured it on film to share with you all. Later in the day we introduced these amazing chefs to a select group of media and food writers.
