‘Ugly is delicious’ - Perfectly Imperfect summed up the day wonderfully - they believe that there is no such thing as perfect food, only tasty food. And we agree - we love pairing seasonal produce with New Zealand beef and lamb.

Together with a diverse group of businesses, education organisations and local volunteers, we turned rescue cherries, beetroot and mushrooms into the most scrumptious beef salad.
