Omakere School & Community Association

The Omakere School & Community Association held a raffle at their Omakere Coastal Hill Country Walk on Saturday the 17th of October.

The Omakere Coastal Hill Country Walk saw 260 walkers from all over the North Island trek over 18km of coastal farmland and beaches. About $10,000 was raised which will go toward funding the school and community bus which is used daily to bring urban children out to the Omakere School.
