The Kiwis using Artifical Intelligence to design the perfect burgers
From pineapple lumps to pavlova, New Zealand cuisine has its own blueprint. But thanks to a collaboration between AgResearch, a top development chef, and Beef + Lamb New Zealand, we’ve been able to apply Artificial Intelligence to inspire new burgers with unique flavour combinations and indigenous New Zealand ingredients.
As reported on Seven Sharp last night, the collaboration - formed in support of our Burger Thursday campaign, has led to the creation of three burgers (a beef burger, a lamb burger, and a veal burger). The recipes, displayed below, have been published on recipes.co.nz and you can check them out by clicking on the images below.
